A young couple buy their first home, a fixer upper with an overgrown yard. While it’s one of the things that drew them to the house it needs some long overdue maintenance, so they get to work.

When they do, though, they find that the luscious green yard is a nightmare in disguise and they must risk everything just to stay alive.

This would be a crossover between a classic haunting and The Ruins (2008).
