Sophie (age 12) moves into a new neighborhood with her parents and younger brother Adam (age 9). The two quickly meet another child her age, Devin, who lives next door with his parents and older sister (age 15). Devin informs them that across the street is a haunted house. It certainly looks haunted, anyway, and at night when you let the dog out you can hear strange noises coming from inside. Their parents assure them that it’s just an old house for sale, but the three decide to investigate all the same. What they find inside is both terrifying and peculiar and it’s up to them to kick the ghost out before the house sells to a new unsuspecting family.
